Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) cover the ownership and protection of the intellectual creations and assets of Amez Cloud. This includes all software, trademarks, and proprietary technology developed or used by the company. Subscribers retain ownership of their own data but grant Amez Cloud a license to use it for providing and improving services. All parties must respect and protect each other's intellectual property and adhere to the agreed terms.
